Has life ever stolen some of your dreams?
Has “Reality”, coupled with pain, loss, and disappointments, stolen your ability to dream and imagine?
Maybe that’s why I love to watch Bethany’s uninhibited approach to dreams and life.
She imagines what’s possible.
And while God doesn’t fulfill every dream of our heart- He delights to bless our lives with good things.
What I love about Bethany’s “down syndrome” dreamin’!
1) Her dreams are grand and pure, simple and loving. She gets Livin’ her dreams!
2) She not only dreams but believes God will make things happen in her life. She gets trusting God!
3) She’s absolutely giddy with thankfulness when she’s livin a dream. She gets thankfulness!
4) Good people, with compassionate hearts, bend over backwards to help make their dreams come true. God uses mysterious, surprising ways to help us live our dreams!
Recently, some of our friends made Bethany’s dream to camp in an RV come to pass. After Bethany watched the movie RV with Robin Williams (a hilarious comedy) she talked constantly about the possibility of getting to stay in an RV.
You know the coolest thing?
Our friends didn’t even know about her dream. We didn’t go around broadcasting- “Does anyone have an RV we could borrow so Bethany could live her dream.” 🙂 (although, I’m not above asking 😉 )
Our precious friends offered our family the use of their RV and we finally found the “time” and the “courage” to take them up on it.
Isn’t that what it takes to make dreams a reality?

Surprising Treasures: As we get older, and life happens; disappointments and discouragements come to steal our dreams- until we’re just living. I believe God wants us let Him birth new dreams in our hearts- and then help us Live Those Dreams!
